This organization comprises of 3 Quality Control Circles situated at Pune, Aurangabad & Nagpur with 11 divisions. This organization carries following functions
- To monitor quality of works & help the construction engineer to remove the deficiencies observed during construction process.
- To run the material testing laboratories where the construction organisations are testing the input materials & get the test reports.
- To carry out the tests on concrete, soil and other construction material in situ and at laboratory
